WebFrom what i know, Vuhdo's built in incoming healing display does not work. What you need is an addon called HealComm, pair with another healing unit frames, I used Luna and Healbot and both work. I liked Luna but it doesn't show when players are out of range which made healing a pain because i couldn't tell who i could heal and who i couldn't.
